I teach free meditation classes twice a week via Zoom. An in-person class will start on Kauai soon. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
The underlying principle behind the classes is to help us all move experientally through the yogic progression of purification, contact, union, absorption, pervasion, repose, bliss, and freedom as the year progresses. The Sacred Repose book has a chapter on this progression. We repeat the same cycle each year.
The 1-hour class includes chanting; a guided meditation on key practices taught in the Tantras, including practices based on the body, breath, intellect, mantra, energy, awareness; open eye śakti transmission; and Q&A.
The 2-hour class starts with a very brief guidance and the rest is reposing in stillness.

I tried various cleaning techniques, including advanced tension release, but this breathing from Tuesday is by far the most potent one I have done.
