I teach free meditation classes twice a week via Zoom. An in-person class will start on Kauai soon. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
The 1-hour class includes chanting; a guided meditation on key practices taught in the Tantras, including practices based on the body, breath, intellect, mantra, energy, awareness; open eye śakti transmission; and Q&A.
The 2-hour class starts with a very brief guidance and the rest is reposing in stillness.

The last 4th Saturday of the month is the Monthly Sacred Repose Satsang.
